"Gaming needs stability. Lag kills performance. Connections drop unexpectedly. Speed matters most."
Background
When people visited our website for our gaming internet package, they only saw basic descriptions that hid the real value. The prices and speeds were easy to understand, but the gaming benefits and exclusive features were hidden in the marketing text. Customers weren't able to see why our packages were better than the standard plans, which made them frustrated and hesitant to buy.
Even after buying them, customers still couldn't access the promised benefits. There was no clear login system or instructions for claiming gaming perks. Many people complained when they realized they couldn't use the add-ons they paid for. The old design made it hard for customers to get the benefits that made their purchase worthwhile.
Challenges
I started by interviewing customers to note their pain points. Their stories showed me clear problems that I turned into simple instructions for users, creating a plan from purchase to successfully redeeming benefits. With these insights, I created a design system that would work consistently across every part of the experience. Then, I brought it all to life through wireframes that made it easy to navigate and access benefits.
Work Output
The change was dramatic. The old homepage had generic descriptions, but the new design clearly shows why our gaming packages are worth the premium. I created a dedicated benefits page where users can easily log in and redeem their perks without confusion. I also added an article section for gaming tips and separated the confusing add-on pages. We transformed our biggest customer complaint into our strongest selling point.
